Art Of Training Sunshine Coast operates out of the incredible facilities at Meridan Community Centre (MCC).

Yes, we are building our program from the ground up, but we already have practically everything we need and more: ample training space, quality equipment, and top-notch coaching - everything you need to begin your Muay Thai journey.
 

One of the biggest advantages of MCC is everything surrounding the classes. The centre includes an outdoor playground, café, swimming pool, pump track, gym, lounge areas, workspaces and more.
 

For parents, it makes life easy. While one child trains, another can play, ride their bike, or burn some energy outside. Parents can grab a coffee, catch up on work, or even fit in their own session at ISF Gym while the kid's train.
 

We wanted to create more than just a martial arts class — we wanted to build something that fits seamlessly into family life.
